PHOENIX YARD - WORKSPACE
We are a respected firm of architects established in 1936 that converted two historic buildings in WC1 to create Phoenix Yard - a small community of mixed businesses offering affordable work stations in a comfortable, friendly, informal atmosphere. Our licensees (many of whom are new start ups) are principally from the creative sectors and include architects, interior designers, graphic designers, web designers, publishers, PR & marketing companies, music producers and freelance journalists.
We have work stations from £225 per month, including broadband, 24 hour access, heating, power, lighting, water, rates, daily cleaning service, kitchen facilities including free tea and coffee, use of Landlord’s open meeting areas if not being used by him (private rooms are available for hire), indoor bicycle parking and showers.
We also have a Zprinter 450 that we rent out to architects and other types of designers, which enables them to produce physical, full colour 3D models from CAD models, at a fraction of the cost and time taken with other 3D modelling techniques.
